I would like to call this a filtered, altered, touched-up photo. Instead, it is a cropped, low-res, blown-up pic I snapped while a cat rubbed on my leg. Hence the odd blur.
The HDR setting on my camera phone, takes three quick photos, then blends them together for additional stability. It yields odd results, at times. It's the same camera that takes %99 of the pics on this site, so it is certainly odd how vastly different the shots can be.
They look great, and fantastic effect on the photo : )
